The Essence
There are three dimensions of slow living that I want to explore and share with you

Wellness
I have a pentagram model for wellness: strength training 3 to 4 times a week, practicing Iyengar yoga with Shriyog, eating clean, walking 10k steps every day and meditating daily

Journaling
Journaling brings me comfort, quietens the mind and creates joy. It is a meeting point of my creative expression and a celebration of all things wondrous!

The Pursuit of Beauty
Beauty for the sake of beauty is what makes life so mysterious and wonder-ful for me. This can be a gorgeous piece of fruit, a succulent on a cafe table, the aroma of pure incense and an resplendent evening sky
